To our clients, colleagues, and friends,
We are reaching out to inform you that Hugo Reed and Associates, Inc. remains open for business. At this time, we have been classified as an Essential Service. Over the past few weeks, we have developed procedures to protect your health, the health of our workforce, and prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus while maintaining progress on your projects.
We are taking precautions recommended by the CDC and Lubbock Health Department. These precautions include Healthy Practices and Social Distancing.
Our Healthy Practices include requiring employees who are ill, have symptoms, or are classified as high risk to self-quarantine per the CDC guidelines. We are encouraging frequent hand washing and cleaning our office daily using approved disinfectants.
We are also practicing Social Distancing. We are limiting the number of people in public office spaces such as break and conference rooms. All our workforce is isolated to individual offices or cubicles. Our survey teams are limited to two persons and are dispatched from the office in the morning and early afternoon. We have also authorized a voluntary work-from-home policy for certain employee classifications.
We are minimizing visitors to the office; however, you are free to contact our office to schedule an appointment.
Founded in 1948, our firm has developed deep roots within our community. While we may be interacting and communicating differently, our commitment to providing you with the highest level of professional land planning, land surveying, and civil engineering services remain unchanged. We will overcome the logistical challenges presented by this pandemic and continue to serve your needs now and tomorrow.
We are grateful for your trust and look forward to conducting our business as usual when the time is right. Until then, please feel free to contact us by phone or email with any questions or concerns.
From your friends at Hugo Reed and Associates, Inc.,
Jason L. Swofford, P.E., President
