Land Research Assistant
Description
HRA has an immediate opening for a Research Assistant to assist with our Land Surveying Department. Willing to provide on the job training for the right applicant.
Hugo Reed and Associates, Inc. is a proven professional land surveying and civil engineering firm located in Lubbock, TX. We have been in continuous operation providing services to the South Plains of Texas since 1948.
Responsibilities
- Research information in relation to Land Surveying, Land Title Deeds & Documents, Legal Description, Lots/Blocks.
- Research information with County Courthouses and County Clerk Records offices
- Multi-Task multiple research jobs per day and stay organized
- Ability to provide research results in timely manner for Land Surveying Crews
- Enter records into our document management system
Qualifications
- Previous experience with County Courthouses and County Clerk Records is preferred
- Previous experience with Land Title Deeds & Documents preferred
- Quick computer skills - quick knowledge of managing large amounts of files
- Ability to multi-task and quick data entry/typing
- Ability to learn and work with current company filing systems
- Well organized - positive attitude
- Timeliness - your performance helps field crew get to the jobsite quickly
